Broadreach has an end to end approach, which includes site audits, project management, implementation and deployment, support and managed services (including lifecycle management). Our intimate knowledge and strong capability means we manage all aspects of the technology.

The work methods used at Broadreach include ITIL and PRINCE/PMBOK for implementation and project management. We use Microsoft CRM to track customer interactions in all parts of our business including sales and service delivery providing for the ability to extract detailed account management and system/solution performance reports. Broadreach works in partnership with customers to provide specified outcomes transparently, capturing feedback along the way.
