Our History
Since foundation, Broadreach has maintained its position as the pre-eminent technical provider of enterprise and telecommunications grade IP video conferencing in Australia.
Broadreach has been the video conferencing technology provider to Telstra and one of Telstra’s video managed services partner since 2003 and a provider for Optus since 2007.
Broadreach built the first IP centric hosted video conferencing service of scale in Australia in 2005, demonstrated the first 3G multi point video conference in 2006 and established a dedicated VNOC in 2008. Broadreach maintained its position at the cutting edge of video conferencing innovation with the development of its market leading digital signage technology in 2009.
Currently Broadreach services over 35 large enterprise and government customers and supports over 2,000 customer end points through our VNOC.
As a business, we believe that it is important to address our own environmental footprint as we help other organisations reduce carbon emissions through the efficient use of business video. Broadreach has been certified as carbon neutral since 2007.
